I embrace procrastination by doing whatever work I can on my phone. It helps me feel like I’m getting whatever I need to get done faster. A side effect is that I have learned to type quite fast on my phone.

That it can't take communication for granted. Companies that have remote workers must remain diligent in effective communication to run efficiently. It's a net-benefit for everyone involved, especially future employees.
